By accessing or using K-SAJU at saju-ai.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
K-SAJU provides AI-generated Korean Four Pillars (사주) readings, compatibility analyses, group readings, fortune summaries, and a free Compatibility Map — a shareable, link-based social tool where members of a group can each add themselves to a visual compatibility chart. Reading content is produced by AI language models (OpenAI as primary, Google Gemini as fallback) based on birth date, time, and gender you provide.
Results are for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantee of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or any specific outcome.
Compatibility Map. When you create a Compatibility Map, you generate a shareable link. Anyone with that link can view the map and join it by entering their own birth information and a display name (or nickname). By using this feature you agree that:
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using K-SAJU you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are purchasing on behalf of another person, you confirm that person has consented to having their birth information processed.
Certain features require a one-time payment processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) inclusive of any applicable taxes.
By completing a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Under EU/EEA consumer law, you have a general right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to digital content that is delivered immediately and where you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal.
Before payment, you must explicitly tick a checkbox on the payment screen reading: "I want my reading delivered immediately after payment, and I understand that this waives my 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content." Without this prior express consent, payment cannot be completed.
By ticking that checkbox and completing payment, you:
This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and §120 of the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022.
Because readings are generated and delivered immediately, refunds are generally not available once a reading has been successfully generated and delivered.
Exceptions:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, TAEHOON LEE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific reading in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
All branding, design, and underlying software of K-SAJU are the property of TAEHOON LEE. AI-generated reading content is provided to you for personal use only and may not be resold, republished, or redistributed commercially without prior written consent.
You agree not to:
